We deliver trained, responders experienced in the public safety disciplines we serve including individual peer support and group debriefings.

San Mateo County CISM is dedicated to serving first responders across our communities. Our support extends to 18 fire agencies, 22 law enforcement agencies, multiple dispatch centers, five hospital emergency rooms, the Coroner’s Office, and American Medical Response. Together, these partnerships ensure that critical care and peer support are available wherever it’s needed most.
